To quote Joe, “I believe a piece of art should invite you to enter the work and become lost in it for a period of time. I want viewers to use their imagination, and see beyond what is obvious, to experience a work of color and wonder as seen through the eyes of a child.  Color is one of the never ending mysteries of life.  No color exists in isolation.  It is always interacting with other colors to create the magic.
